The firm offers its clients over seventeen years of reliable and seasoned experience in legal representation and conflict resolution.  When you retain the firm, all available avenues for resolution of your problem will be investigated and evaluated, and you will have a clear understanding of the nature and extent of the work to be done.  Any legal rights, responsibilities and remedies, as well as the nature and extent of the legal work required, will be discussed thoroughly with you before you engage us.  Throughout our representation, we continue frequent personal contact with our clients.  In addition to legal representation, the firm offers its services as an impartial neutral to resolve disputes through mediation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.  We offer fully computerized, experienced office support staff and the assistance of the best outside experts for each case.  We will estimate the time and expense involved and then set those terms out in writing for you to review.  Fees are based on the time and complexity involved, among other factors, and may be hourly, fixed or contingent upon result.
